A fun idea that turned into a very real project

Dahlia Watch started as a simple idea: what if there was an easier way to see what dahlias are available across different sellers?

I started this project in October 2025 for fun and because I thought it could be genuinely useful for the dahlia community.

Along the way, I also realized I might be a little crazy for taking on something this big and complex 😄

The site is still a work in progress. I’m actively improving it, adding more sellers, and working to include new introductions and hard-to-find cultivars.

Some sellers are still missing, and there are definitely cultivars that haven’t made it into the database yet. Some prices might look a little wonky, and some duplicate listings.

If something seems missing or off, it probably is—and it’s likely already on my list to fix.
